IE 9 Compatibility Problem / Fix |

There is a compatibility issue with IE 9, preventing you from being able to upload attachments.
To fix this please hit F12 on your keyboard to bring up the Browser Compatibility Window.
In the upper right, click on the Document Mode drop down menu, and select "Internet Explorer 8 Standards"

How to register:
Click on the Create an Account link in the upper left under the login button.
Enteryour desired username, password, and the captcha phrases as prompted.

To add new submissions to the system you must be a registered user.
After Logging in, either click on the "Create New Item" link in the upper left under your Name
